With offices in Cardiff, Birmingham and Bristol, their customer focused, cost-effective and technically adept IT services have seen them become a leader in their sector.

Key Duties:
- Client Support: Assist in scheduling and preparing for regular client reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are ready.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in our CRM system.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and following up on outstanding issues.
- Data Management: Update and manage our documentation systems, ensuring client information is up to date and accurate.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Support: Assist the Directors and operational team with administrative tasks, including managing calendars and co-ordinating meetings.

Pay: £7.50 per hour

Hours:
31-40 hours per week

Qualification Achieved:
Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Business Administration
