Confidence, Resilience and Stress Management is a two-day course aimed at supporting people with developing their resilience, as well as recognising their own strengths and potential development areas. Participants will be able to define what stress is and identify symptoms of stress, identify their own stressors and develop ways to support themselves and others. This is an interactive course, where participants will be encouraged to participate in activities and pair/group work, with the primary assessment method being completion of a workbook.

Learning Hours: 2 days (14 hours of learning)
Prerequisites: Pre-coursework to be completed prior to course start date
Assessment details
The assessment is comprised of a workbook completed throughout the 2 day course.
On completion of this course you will achieve a 1 Improving Own Confidence and 2 credits towards Resilience and Stress Management Level 2
