This Highfield accredited course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to deliver principles of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as keeping food products safe. Once completed, the programme satisfies the legal requirements for all food handlers

The assessment for this course includes a 20 question multiple choice assessment at the end of the session.
