This Highfield accredited course introduces participants to moving and handling activities. It is suitable for anyone starting work, returning to work or who may require specific training in manual handling as part of their upcoming or existing role. It may also be used as refresher training for those working in an environment involving the manual handling of goods. On completion participants will understand and demonstrate the importance of manual handling practices within the workplace.

Assessment details
This course includes a 15 question multiple choice questions at the end of the session and a practical demonstration of safe lifting and moving.
Upon completion you will gain a Level 2 Safe Moving and Handling in the Workplace.
