The Safeguarding and Protecting Vulnerable Adults or SOVA course provides essential knowledge on the responsibilities around safeguarding vulnerable adults. The course will inform participants on how to safeguard vulnerable people and practitioners in the workplace, as well as how to respond to evidence or concerns about abuse.

Learning Hours: 1 day (7 hours of learning)

  • How to safeguard and protect vulnerable adults and practitioners in the workplace 
  • How to respond to evidence or concerns that a person has been abused. 

There is no assessment component to this training course.
