The Level 3 Award in Mental Health Awareness for Managers course provides participants with the knowledge they need to understand mental health in the workplace, how mental ill health may affect employees, and how managers can support employees experiencing poor mental health.

Wellbeing and mental health awareness session with a young learner and a counsellor

Delivery Method: Face-to-face session

Learning Hours: 1 days (7 hours of learning)

Key topics:

  • To understand what can trigger mental health issues in the workplace.  
  • To learn ways to help prevent poor mental health in the workplace. 
  • To learn ways to breed a positive mental health culture in a workplace 

The assessment is comprised of a multiple choice examination.

On completion of the course you will gain a Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers
