The Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers course provides participants with the knowledge they need to understand mental health in the workplace, how mental ill health may affect employees, and how managers can support employees experiencing poor mental health.

Learning Hours: 2 days (14 hours of learning)

Prerequisites: Completed introduction course

The assessment is comprised of a multiple choice examination.

On completion of the course you will gain a Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers
