Prospective learners will be required to complete core mandatory units designed to give you a solid understanding of best practice in HR and Learning and Development to support those working at an operational level. You will be assessed on your ability to deal with real-life scenarios and undertake specialist units in employment relationship management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion strategy, and much more.
Upon completion, participants will be eligible for Associate Membership of the CIPD, a prestigious recognition of your expertise and commitment to professional development.
