The PLA CompTIA Cloud+ course is fully funded for those eligible for PLA funding.
As a CompTIA Cloud+ certified professional, you’ll be able to develop a career in cloud-based infrastructure services. The course is a comprehensive programme including lessons and practical activities which you can revisit as often as required.
The programme requires attendance at tutor led sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams and commitment to follow the online e-learning programme. A further tutor led exam preparation and revision prior to taking the online examination is included.

CompTIA Cloud+ (Including Exam)

Delivery Method: Blended learning with E-learning and online tutor led workshops.
Examination: Tutor led exam revision and preparation followed by online exam through Pearson Vue.
Prerequisites: CompTIA recommends the equivalent to about 5 years of total IT experience, including 2-3 years as a system administrator or cloud engineer.
Exam details
Multiple choice and performance-based exam.
A maximum of 90 questions.
Exam details: The CompTIA Cloud+ (CV0-004) validates that the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to:
- Understand cloud architecture and design concepts.
- Implement and maintain a secure cloud environment.
- Successfully provision and configure cloud resources.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage operations throughout the cloud environment life cycle using observability, scaling, and automation.
- Understand fundamental DevOps concepts related to deployment and integration.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to cloud management.
